Cancellation & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Single cards will be sent in a sealed plastic wrapping and must be sent back in this packaging for us to provide you with the 100% refund.
To start a return, please complete our contact us form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, and a pre-paid returns label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items that are not within their original packaging will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email us at tradingcardsUK@hotmail.com. If an order has not been dispatched to you, we will be able to refund you within 5 working days from your cancellation request. If the order has been sent to you, you will need to follow the refund process once the item has arrived.
Amending an order
If you wish to amend an order, please let us know either via direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact us form. We will endeavor to do our best in amending the order before dispatching to you.
