Delivery information

We have a variety of different delivery options available to suit your requirements. Our standard level shipping is tracked for peace of mind and all orders are bubble wrapped for protection.

Dispatch & Orders 

All orders made Monday to Friday before 5pm (GMT) will have shipping organised the same day or the next day. Orders after 5pm (GMT) will have shipping organised the next working day unless stated otherwise. All Orders made Saturday and Sunday will be processed and have shipping organised on Monday. All orders will be collected within 3 working days of shipping being arranged as collections only take place Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of being received and are processed in the order they are received into our system. Shipping costs are specific to your location and will be added to your order and available to select from once you have entered your location at checkout.

 

Delayed/Lost/Misrouted Deliveries

​We strive to do our best in sending out goods as per our policy, however if there are any delays caused by our site, we will inform you straight away. Please note that if your item has not arrived within the allotted time, your order may still be in transit. By tracking our items, we can reach out to our delivery company if there are any potential causes for concern in terms of delayed/lost/ or mis-routed items. UK MAINLAND:
Standard Tracked Shipping - Tracked next day shipping with DPD, Royal Mail or Parcelforce

INTERNATIONAL:
Standard International Shipping – Provided by DPD - Generally, transit times with DPD are within 3-7 working days throughout most destinations worldwide, however this may vary depending on the country of destination.

Shipping costs are specific to your location and will be added to your order and available to select from once you have entered your location at checkout.
